FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any hidden fees?
I outline all anticipated fee’s up front, but ocassionally there are unexpected expenses that weren’t included in our initial payment plan. This usually refers to changes with client needs regarding an ecommerce shopping cart, where additional paid plugins may be required.
What Is A Retainer?
A retainer is a fee paid in advance, usually on a contract basis, to secure a guaranteed service. In this case, you’ll be securing virtual administration services for a minimum of 5 hours per month for a period of at least 3 months.
Why do we need to have a consultation first?
You are under no obligations to hire me, and the initial consultation is to ensure that we both understand from working with each other. My focus is on creating happy, long-term client relationships, and the consultation is the first step!
How long will it take for my new website to be up and running?
There are several variables at work with website development. The more information and content you have prepared, the faster development will happen. Websites with ecommerce stores tend to require more work, and take longer to complete. A basic website can be up and running within a week!
Do you work weekends?
As a support service for your business, I try to maintain regular business hours, however if you have a requirement for evening or weekend projects, I would be more than happy to discuss it with you.
How do i pay you?
Email Money Transfer within Canada is my preferred method of payment, however I will also accept PayPal for credit card payments.
